At CADSuite365 we strive for a fast and hassle-free delivery of your digital software license. Below you can read how we handle delivery and returns:

Delivery

• All products are digital licenses and are delivered by email.

• Licenses are usually delivered within 1 hour after payment (exceptions for night/weekend).

• Please check your spam folder if you have not received an email after purchase.

• You will receive clear instructions for installation and activation.

Return Policy

• Digital licenses are excluded from the right of withdrawal (in accordance with European legislation).

• Once a license has been delivered and activated, it cannot be returned or refunded.
